Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Store9. If you're not 100% satisfied, here's what you need to know about our return policy:

To be eligible for an exchange or refund of the product price, please return your original purchase in new and unwashed condition within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To ensure a smooth return process, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them - clean, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you don't return any item that is washed, worn, dirty, damaged, marked as not returnable, or marked as discontinued. If returned in such condition, the item will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Responsibility for return shipping lies with the customer.

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return (generally within 3 business days of receipt), we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment if returned within 30 days. Rest assured, we'll send you an email to notify you when your refund is processed.

For the health and safety of our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or discard any items returned that present a potential health hazard at our discretion. Unfortunately, in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
